    Our care program allows you to complete your circle of care, by bridging the gap and allowing service providers to work in synergy together. This includes medication revision and identification of interrelated problems, finding solutions and resolving related issues leading to better health outcomes.

  • Vaccines

    Note: Not Publicly Funded in Pharmacy.

    Pharmacists’ scope of practice in Ontario is expanded to enable administration of vaccines for the given vaccine-preventable diseases to any patient 5 years of age or older. Authority includes vaccinations for:

    1. Bacille Calmette-Guérin (BCG)

    2. Haemophilus influenzae type b (Hib)

    3. Hepatitis A

    4. Hepatitis B

    5. Herpes Zoster (Shingles)

    6. Human Papillomavirus (HPV)

    7. Japanese Encephalitis

    8. Meningococcal disease

    9. Pneumococcal disease

    10. Rabies

    11. Typhoid

    12. Varicella

    13. Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) NEW

      Insurance coverage typically requires Rx for all non-publicly funded vaccines.

  • Medication Administration

    Patient support in administering their medications dispensed by the pharmacy. This benefits patients being treated for conditions including osteoporosis, diabetes, or rheumatoid arthritis who may have difficulties with self-injection or who fear needles, or those who may require inhaled medications for conditions such as asthma.
